Our company offers two shipping options for our customers:
Standard and Expedited, Standard shipping entails the use of standard mail, whereas Expedited shipping is shipped within the United States using USPS priority mail.
We highly recommend that our customers opt for Expedited shipping whenever possible.
It is important to note that Expedited shipping may not always be available for all products. For instance, certain items such as liquids cannot be shipped with USPS. Please be aware of these limitations when selecting your preferred shipping option.

Free Shipping for Orders Over $50
We are pleased to offer free shipping for all orders over $50 delivered to your home. We cover 100% of the shipping costs for qualifying orders, making it even easier for you to enjoy our products without any additional shipping fees.

Track your order
You can track your order with our Track and Trace page. The Track and Trace is available from 2-3 days after your order, and it's always accessible online so you know exactly when to expect the delivery.
Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at the time of order is correct and complete. The customer is also responsible for monitoring the progress of their package and for contacting the shipping carrier in the event that the package is not moving or is otherwise delayed, the customer can also contact GlazyBoo at support@glazyboo.com for assistance if needed. In the event that a package is successfully delivered, and any oversight occurs in monitoring the tracking number, leading to customer inquiries days after delivery, it is incumbent upon the customer to assume responsibility for such situations. Additionally, customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location, including a designated mailbox, to facilitate the safe receipt of their packages.
Delays and Lost Packages
GlazyBoo will make every effort to ensure that all orders are shipped in a timely manner. However, GlazyBoo is not responsible for delays or lost packages once they have been shipped. If a customer experiences a delay or loss in transit, they are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, but can always contact us through support@glazyboo.com first to confirm if its lost or for additional information to the customer through the process.
If a package remains stuck or is lost during transit, resulting in a delivery time that surpasses the expected timeframe by 6-10 days, we would like to inform our customers that a full refund, including the shipping cost, cannot be provided. Instead, we will issue a refund for the order amount, deducting the shipping cost.
Changes to Shipping Address
If a customer wishes to change the shipping address for their order, they are responsible for providing the correct and complete information to GlazyBoo in a timely manner. GlazyBoo is not responsible for delays or losses that occur as a result of incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
