Return, Refund and Exchange Policy:
Returns and Exchanges are only allowed on UNOPENED products purchased through www.glazyboo.com and within 30 days of original purchase date.
We will make sure to credit the purchase price to your original payment method within five business days after receiving and inspecting the returned package.
Please note that we do not provide refunds for products that have been damaged by the customer or for products that have been opened and removed from their original packaging due to sanitary reasons.
We would like to inform our valued customers that in adherence to our return policy, we require a photograph of the product(s) before initiating any refund or request. This step allows us to accurately determine if there are any defects present, and proceed with appropriate measures accordingly.

Cancellation Policy:
Our order processing and shipping systems are designed for efficiency and speed. Your order will begin to be processed immediately after you click the "Complete Purchase" button at checkout. Therefore, your order CANNOT BE CANCELED OR MODIFIED in any way once it has been submitted.
Delivery Address:
As a customer, it is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address at the time of purchase. If you realize that you have provided an incorrect delivery address, please contact us at support@glazyboo.com as soon as possible before the delivery is made. We will provide you with the USPS track and trace information to locate your package. This information is also available in your shipping confirmation email. Please note that we cannot change the delivery address ourselves, as the package is shipped directly to you as the customer. Therefore, we recommend contacting USPS to change the delivery address.
Exchanges and Replacements:
If, for any reason, you require a return due to missing products (with valid proof) or in the event of an error made on our part, we are happy to offer an exchange or replacement for the affected items. However, please note that any product provided as part of the exchange or replacement cannot be exchanged again or refunded.
In the event of a claimed non-receipt of an order, any product replacement or reshipment will replicate the contents of the original order and is not eligible for alterations.

Damaged Products:
