Exchanges and returns

I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?

Returns and Exchanges are only allowed on UNOPENED products purchased through and within 30 days of original purchase date.

Be sure to download the return form here and fill it completly out.

I want to return an item, what should I do?

If you are not satisfied with your order you can exchange or return it within 30 days of original purchase date.

Products must be returned in original condition and with labels and tags. The product may not contain any traces of use.

A return shipment must always include Track & Trace code.
The sender is always responsible for the return shipment.

If we have received your returned items we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within 14 days.

Order and delivery

I am missing some products with my order, how is that possible?

Because we work with different suppliers it is possible that products are shipped separately from each other.

If any items are missing from your order you will usually receive them after 2-3 days.

Thank you for your patience and our apologies for the inconvenience.

When can I expect my order?

The average delivery time is 8-14 days.

USA;Average delivery time for The United States is 5-9 business days.

AUS;Average delivery time for Australia is 8-14 business days.

CA;Average delivery time for Canada is 8-14 business days.

This is because our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you.

Because of this unique business model we can save enormously on storage and transport costs and we can offer the products at a lower price than our competitors and take care of the shipping costs ourselves.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs of the order we take for own account, so you do not have to worry about the cost of shipping !

However, it sometimes happens that we give away a number of FREE items as a promotion.
To cover the cost of the promotional item we might charge 6,95 for shipping.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

Track and Trace

The Track and Trace code does not indicate any information, how is this possible?

From the moment your package has arrived at the mail order company, the Track and Trace information is available.

Keep in mind that there may be some delay and processing days.
