Are the GlazyLash Magnetic Eyelashes reusable?

Yes, our soft magnetic lashes are reusable. With daily use, their magnetic strength typically lasts around 3 to 6 months. If used less often, they can last even longer.

As a beginner, can i easily wear these?

Yes, absolutely! Our Soft Magnetic Eyelashes are beginner-friendly and designed for quick, easy application.

No glue, no mess, just follow the simple steps and you’ll have flawless lashes in seconds. You can even combine them with mascara if you’d like a fuller look.

Can you clean the lashes and how?

To keep your Soft Magnetic Eyelashes in the best condition, avoid makeup removers with strong chemicals, as these can weaken the magnets and shorten their lifespan. Instead, use water or a gentle lash cleaning solution.

Cleaning steps:

  1. Gently separate the pair of lashes.
  2. Use a cotton pad dampened with water (or lash cleaner) to carefully wipe them.
  3. Place the upper and lower lashes separately to air-dry.
  4. Once fully dry, store them in the case, following the left/right markings.
I didn’t get any glue with my order?

Our Soft Magnetic Eyelashes require no glue, using a gentle magnetic line on both sides between the upper and lower lashes to lock the lashes securely in place.

I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?

Returns and Exchanges are only allowed on UNOPENED products purchased through www.glazyboo.com and within 30 days of original purchase date.

I want to return an item, what should I do?

If you are not satisfied with your order you can exchange or return it within 30 days of original purchase date.

Products must be returned in original condition and with labels and tags. The product may not contain any traces of use.

A return shipment must always include Track & Trace code.
The sender is always responsible for the return shipment.

If we have received your returned items we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within 14 days.

I am missing some products with my order, how is that possible?

Because we work with different suppliers it is possible that products are shipped separately from each other.

If any items are missing from your order you will usually receive them after 2-3 days.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.
